Styrene levels were monitored with a PhoCheck Tiger PID Datalogging Monitor Standard positioned between the mould tool and the ventilation.
Surface quality was measured with Wave Scan Dual instrument.

  • The surface quality is best when the lines on the graph are closest to the y=0 line.
  • A high mean DOI (Dorigon) is good with a maximum value of 96.
The pull-off strengths were measured according to the ISO4624 standard.
